International Delivery

  • To most markets, goods are dispatched on a DDP (delivery duty paid) basis, which means you won’t need to pay additional charges at the checkout or point of delivery. The countries where this service is available are: Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Brunei Darussalam, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Republic of), Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Korea (South), Kuwait, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates
  • To all other markets the prices will not account for tax and duties on orders over a threshold; these will be communicated at checkout and you will have the option to either pay the additional charges when placing the order, or at point of delivery.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes, you'll receive an email from our delivery partners, DPD (Standard Delivery) or DHL (Express Delivery), with your tracking code, once your parcel is on its way to you.

Terms & Conditions of delivery

We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver the products ordered within the timescales indicated on your individual order confirmation. 

Erroneously communicated addresses are the responsibility of the customer and may lead to extra charges.

All goods will be dispatched from Antler. If your product is not delivered within the specified timescale, please contact us at hello.global@antler.com with your order number. If you would subsequently like us to arrange a collection and a refund, we will be able to do that for you. 

You may also specify a new delivery period that is appropriate in the circumstances and request that Antler delivers the products before the end of that period; and then, if Antler does not deliver in that extended period, you may treat the sale contract as at an end and request a full refund for the relevant products.

We only ship via a professional courier. We always require someone to sign for delivery. You accept that a delivery is signed for by a person other than the customer, provided that such person is present at the indicated address and an adult of 18 years or over. If there is no one present at the time of delivery, a card will be left with details for you to rearrange your delivery. Click here for full terms and conditions
